Do Gay Dwarfs have a right to join the military?

Who's military is OUR military? I think as a person they should be allowed but considering the risk they would cause to themselves and others they should not. War mechanics and machinery aren't designed for little people, unfortunate as it is dwarfs would just end up getting themselves killed.
