How much to pay for '95 Eagle Talon?

'95 Eagle Talon- needs clutch and has no radio. Don't know mileage, but looks very nice and clean. Havn't talked to owner yet to see if there are any other problems. They are asking 1,100 OBO. That's obviously overpriced for needing a clutch. How much would you offer?
