Is my rabbit going to be okay?

Molly is a Netherland dwarf about one year old and has lived in a hutch all of her life.She squeezed under the garage door and was in the yard for one week and though i put out food and water for her she didn't eat much. I finally caught her and brought her inside.She is very skinny but seems to be eating okay.She still seems frightened and doesn't like to be held.What can i do to be sure she is recovering from the cold weather
