How do i make Beef HotPot/stew/carole???? 10 points best answer?

celery takes a long time to cook so go with putting it in with the rest of the veggies and it sounds like you have it down pretty well ,add the mushrooms last ,but brown the meat well for color and flavor then add the onions cook for a bit then add the garlic and broth and veggies,,i have never heard of the sweet potatoes and but if u want them and like them or have tried them in it before then go with what you like..I would add more onion or leek would be great, simmer the meat for 30 min then add the rest ,,,but it sounds good to me
