Have you tried that Acidolpholus milk in the yellow jug?

I keep hearing the commercials and seeing it in the store. But i am scared to buy it cause I dont know what it's going to taste like or really even what it is? Has anyone tried it ? Was it nasty? It just sounds nasty.
