In-laws feeding baby things they shouldnt?

My baby is 4 months old and my in-laws give her things behind my back that she shouldnt have. My father in-law gave her peanut er and jelly the other night and they let her lick off a Dum-Dum sucker at 2 months. They think its cute and he gives all the other babies in the family Mt. Dew. I have already ask them to stop and made it clear and they continue to do it. Anybody with any suggestions? My husband doesnt like it either but doesnt want to cause problems or hurt feelings. I hate bringing it up cause all we do it fight about it.
