I have a skin question, can you help?

I'm 20 years old and I've been masturbating ever since I was 13. I've never really used lubricants and just recently(past couple of months) I've noticed stretch marks have developed over my entire . Is there anything I can do to make them go away? Will they go away in time or will I have them for the rest of my life?
