Question about falling asleep after listening to loud excessive music...?

Tell me if this happens to you: often when I'm about to fall asleep after a day of being exposed to very loud music i.e. an entire night at a dance club or concert, I hear these odd surges of ringing. Its different then hearing a constant ring, it sounds more like chimes of ringing bursts and it only happens when I'm falling asleep. It's sounds kind of creapy but cool. Tell me if you've experienced this too?
