What is this movie .?

So my stepmom and I were watching Anastasia and it reminded me a lot of a movie I saw a long time ago that I think was also called Anastasia, only it was pronounced Ah-nih-stah-zjuh. I can't find this movie anywhere though, even online. I'm very positive it was animated. There's this one scene stuck in my mind where the main character (umably Anastasia) is starting to have feelings for this one dark-haired guy. However the antagonist of the movie disguises himself as a guy at the dance. In the disguise he had blond hair and I think he called himself Paul. In the climax, Paul either kidnaps Anastasia or the dark-haired guy and the person who isn't kidnapped finds them just as Paul is about to kill the person he kidnapped. I'm not 100% sure that this scene is in Anastasia though. Also, in the Anastasia movie I can't remember, there's a scene where Anastasia is trying to convince this women she's related to that she is the real Anastasia but the women turns her away. Almost in tears, Anastasia starts singing a song that the women recognizes as the song she used to sing to little Anastasia. I can't remember the name of this movie for the life of me. Help please! :)
