What restaurants are open Christmas Day in NH and VT?

My husband, my son and I, live in NH. Our families are in VT. We thought it would be nice to meet in between (either NH or VT) for Christmas dinner and save a lot of driving. Any suggestions or places are welcome. Chinese food is fine but I wonder if there's anything different.
