Will my residence permit be affected?

I am married to a British citizen, we both live in Berlin since Oct. 2008 till December 2010, she traveled to London on the 1st of January after moving to our new apartment. I was expecting her to come so that we can register our name in the apartment. Then she told me she is no longer coming to Germany. I had register my name in the new apartment but her name is not there this means she is no longer living in Germany. I am yet to get my Indefinite residence permit. Will this affect my stay in Germany or not? Though I have a permanent job with good income. Please i need advice on what to do.
