From soft spout sippy cup to hard spout sippy cups?

My daughter has been on the munchkins soft spout sippy cups since she was 5 months.. She is almost 7 months now.. She is starting to chew the soft spout ones and it rips the holes bigger and she chokes now.. I cant get her to quit doing it.. I want to change her to the hard spout sippy cups.. Is there any with handels that dont flow too fast? Ive tryed the playtex ones but they seem to flow a little too fast for her..????
