Hello i need help with the marriage quickly?

he is asleep over there and i just dont know what to do!!! every day and night he come home and tell me mean things and tell me he doesnt like me anymore. then you tells me to drop my pants so he can stick it in my hole and it really hurts!!! please tell me what to do so i can find something to fix my problem. he is sleeping but i am afraid he is going to get up and beat me up again. i don't like it at all when he sticks it in me. hel p me
