Weird situation with father of baby and ex-girlfriend?? help please!!! opinions and answers?

ok so I have a friend who is trying to get a paternity test done on his four month old daughter. the mother did not put his name on the birth certificate because she said she wants nothing to do with him. well she was engaged for a few months and now in the past week has gotten married at the courthouse but is not having her wedding until july. He got a court order for a paternity test and the papers are going to be served to her tomorrow or the next day. He filed them under her old last name a few days ago and now she has a new last name within the last few days. do you think that she has something up her sleeve or what...opinions and thoughts? also her new husband is from oklahoma but has moved to tennessee to be with her until she graduates school. do you think now that she is married the judge will allow her to move back to oklahoma and the real father not be able to see her or is it true that they will not allow her to move over 100 miles once the pat is established?? help
