Where the Digital camera technology can go from here ? Is there any scope ?

Unless you are a commercial photographer , a ordinary user of digicam has got everything he wanted - 10 mega pixels , 12 x zoom , good size SD card , photo stabilising technology , facility to take photos at night , add on flash etc. Where the technology can go from here ? will there be any value for money additional features ?
